Get free and unbiased one-on-one counseling that is specific to you and your Medicare questions, with a trained volunteer from SHIBA (Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisor). The SHIBA volunteer can provide you with information about Medicare, Medigap (Medicare Supplement) and Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug programs, and low-income programs to help pay for your Medicare.
SHIBA is a free, unbiased, and confidential counseling service of the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. SHIBA is a statewide network of trained volunteers who assist and advocate for consumers about Medicare and is sponsored locally by Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW).
