World Cooking: Lebanese Food Online

Chef Madolin Haddad, of Café Lebanon, demonstrates the preparation of a traditional Lebanese dish in an online presentation while you follow along in your home kitchen. After you register for this program, you will receive the recipe and ingredients list. Purchase and prepare the ingredients in advance, and then cook along with Madolin as she shares tidbits about Lebanese food culture.
