Estate Planning Basics In-Person
Registration is required.
Gain a basic foundation for what an estate plan entails and why it is important. Discussion topics include wills versus revocable living trusts, power of attorney forms in Washington state, health care directives (living wills), and the importance of proper beneficiary designations for non-probate assets, such as life insurance and retirement plans. If time allows, the presenter will take your questions.
