Las ciudades de Puebla y Tlaxcala; en México, y la ciudad de Talavera de la Reina; en España, producen un hermoso estilo de cerámica llamado Talavera. Descubre la historia de esta importante forma de arte. Después, pinta tu propio azulejo de cerámica inspirado en el estilo Talavera. Este programa está dirigido a niños que entienden español y están dispuestos a intentar hablarlo.
Kids ages 6–10 & their families
The cities of Puebla and Tlaxcala, in Mexico, and the city of Talavera de la Reina, in Spain, produce a beautiful style of pottery called Talavera. Discover the history of this important art form. Then paint your own ceramic tile inspired by the Talavera style. This program is intended for children who understand spoken Spanish and are willing to try speaking some.
