Empowered Caregiver Workshop Series In-Person
This five-part series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone with dementia, while taking care of their own well-being. Topics discussed include building foundations of caregiving, supporting independence, communicating effectively, responding to dementia-related behaviors, and exploring care and support teams. Each hour-long workshop includes time for questions and discussion.
