Asian Health & Wellness Cultural Festival In-Person
Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a festival for all ages at the library. Asian cultures emphasize mind, body, and spirit, often incorporating traditional medicine with experts in the field. The festival features acupuncture and herbal medicine, interactive demonstrations of Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi with swords, Kendo Karate, Qi Gong, Yoga, an Asian food demonstration, and dance performances from Spokane Chinese Dance Group, Filipino American Northwest Dancers, Indian Youth Club of Spokane, and SWF K-Pop Dance Team.
Presented by the Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Coalition of Spokane
