For both unpaid and professional caregivers, these workshops provide an in-depth exploration of topics related to dementia, with a different topic presented each session. 

Caring for someone living with dementia can be difficult, both physically and mentally. We discuss strategies for both paid and family caregivers and for creating a self-care plan.
