Dementia Caregivers Workshop: End-of-Life Conversations Online
Registration is required.
Navigating end-of-life conversations can be challenging. We provide tools for having these conversations so that people living with dementia can be in charge of their own end of life.
For both unpaid and professional caregivers, these workshops provide an in-depth exploration of topics related to dementia. We also discuss the warning signs of dementia, starting the conversation with someone who may have signs of dementia, and the process for diagnosis.
