Making Kombucha: SCOBY & You In-Person

Registration is required.

Before there were cola and other carbonated sodas, there was kombucha. Known as the “Tea of Immortality,” kombucha is an ancient tonic known for its health benefits. Discover how to safely ferment tea into a bubbly, sweet and sour beverage rich in probiotics and customizable flavors. Learn how to care for your SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), what kind of teas to use, and everything you need to know to get started brewing your own kombucha.
