Accommodations

Meeting rooms are available during library open hours, and public use of meeting rooms must be concluded before the library closes. Furniture and room setup are the responsibility of the person and/or group using the room.

Meeting room reservation time includes room cleanup and storing away any extra equipment and furniture as posted in the room—all of which must be completed before the library closes.

The meeting room has 100 chairs, 14 tables, a projection screen and/or a display monitor with a variety of common connections, a dry erase board, and dry erase markers (available upon request).

The conference rooms have one large table, chairs, a dry erase board, and dry erase markers (available upon request).
