Meeting rooms are available during library open hours, and public use of meeting rooms must be concluded before the library closes. Furniture and room setup are the responsibility of the person and/or group using the room.
Meeting room reservation time includes room cleanup and storing away any extra equipment and furniture as posted in the room—all of which must be completed before the library closes.
Each meeting room has a projection screen and/or a display monitor with a variety of common connections, and a dry erase board (dry erase markers and HDMI connectors available upon request).
Each conference room contains one large table, chairs, a dry erase board, and dry erase markers (available upon request).
