Accommodations
Meeting rooms are available during library open hours, and public use of meeting rooms must be concluded before the library closes. Furniture and room setup are the responsibility of the person and/or group using the room.
Meeting room reservation time includes room cleanup and storing away any extra equipment and furniture as posted in the room—all of which must be completed before the library closes.
The Diane E. Zahand Community Room (Combined East & West) meeting room has 130 chairs, 28 tables, a projection screen and/or a display monitor with a variety of common connections, and a dry erase board (dry erase markers and HDMI connectors available upon request).
The Flex Room (East) meeting room has 50 chairs, 10 tables, a projection screen and/or a display monitor with a variety of common connections, and a dry erase board (dry erase markers and HDMI connectors available upon request).
The Program Room (West) meeting room has 80 chairs, 18 tables, a projection screen and/or a display monitor with a variety of common connections, and a dry erase board (dry erase markers and HDMI connectors available upon request).
Each conference room has tables, chairs, a digital monitor with HDMI ports, a dry erase board, and dry erase markers (available upon request).
